100 ml coffee
100 ml milk
20 ml speculaas syrup
Red food colouring
Preparation
Prepare a serving of warm milk foam.
Set aside one spoonful of milk foam for later.
Pour the speculaas syrup into a small latte macchiato glass.
Prepare the coffee in the same glass.
Carefully colour the milk foam with a little red food colouring and pour it into the glass.
Decorate this speciality coffee with the milk foam that you set aside earlier.
